How to make? please watch the video below
CAPRESE STUFFED BALSAMIC CHICKEN RECIPE
I'm including ingredients list for both family and single size servings however many people you make it for you need at least one chicken breast per person along with slice Roma tomatoes sun-dried tomatoes sliced mozzarella and fresh basil will be seasoning these chicken breast with salt pepper oregano fresh is just fine with some of the reserve Doyle from the sun dried tomatoes are balsamic glaze is nothing more than balsamic vinegar brown sugar and garlic will be pocketing these chicken breast to stop so let's get started are chopped up the oregano and some of the basil to use here and it's fine that it's on here cuz we're going to be seizing our chicken breast anyway so it's best to use a sharp knife and we just poking here we want to leave the full Edge to be closed
so that we have something to stop all this in do you want to be careful and cut through somewhere in the middle okay this looks pretty good will be seized Mimi's top and bottom and inside with the salt the pepper the spices and just a little bit of that Reserve tomato oil aren't you would be starting with his skin side down sore putting in a couple of these fresh tomatoes and depending on how big your chicken is you may need two or three in a couple slices of fresh mozzarella and again two or three depending on your chicken some sun-dried tomatoes and what we don't use of the sun dried tomatoes will go in this sauce so it's okay
and then along with one or two fresh basil leaves or two or three depending on how big your you are a basil leaves are my Noreen or and then we're going to secure all this closed with toothpicks brown sugar and garlic together what does sugar dissolve we can just set this aside my oven is preheating to 350 degrees please start on the stove top and then finish in the oven so whatever pan you use needs to also be oven say it should also be able to fit all of your chicken breast at once will be using the rest of the sun-dried tomato oil to cook these in
as well as any of the sun dried tomatoes leftover and that'll go in our sauce so let's get over to the stove and start cooking I've got this pan over medium-high heat and I'm going to have to add in a little bit of extra canola oil because I don't have enough oil Reserve from those sun-dried tomatoes once this oil is hot we're going to add these chicken breast to the pan one at a time and fry them for about 5 minutes a side we're just looking to get a little bit of color on here I use dry herb I'm a single serving chicken so I'm just standing in a little bit of the fresh basil ship and I'd once I turn this over I'm going to let the sauce simmer for just a couple of minutes before I put this into the oven this sauce is a very thick I'm going to remove these chicken breast to this platter also I need to get rid of any of the cheese that's in here I've got the heat turned up too high and I'm just going to stay until it's summer probably take about 2 to 3 minutes it smells so delicious in this kitchen
I can't wait to taste this chicken I'm serving it with some roasted pureed sweet potatoes wonderful thank you for visiting the Reese's kitchen if you haven't already please subscribe to our Channel and turn on notifications to keep up-to-date with our recipes don't forget to like our Facebook page for behind-the-scenes pics and videos and follow us on Twitter for sneak peeks of upcoming videos and the random cat picture
